Ironbark honey is one of the most popular honey in Queensland. While Ironbark honey has a strong flavour, Honeyhunter's Grey Ironbark honey can be lightly mixed with neighbouring flowers, depending on the flowering season, to give it diverse flavours and make each batch unique. Our Ironbark honey ranges from very sweet to caramelly, but still retains the deep and warmth of the original Ironbark.
